What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
What’s most positive about Coveo’s culture is how intentionally it’s built around employees’ needs. We have real flexibility with only two days a week in the office, a strong focus on wellbeing, and initiatives like fitness classes that genuinely support balance and long-term sustain

What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about the interview process was the clarity at every step. Expectations were clearly communicated, the process moved quickly, and the case study felt relevant and meaningful, giving a realistic view of the role and how I would contribute.
The technical interview was flexible enough to spot ability outside of the regimented test content.
The HR team is very humaine, they value atypical experiences and welcome different backgrounds which is reflected in the interview questions
