What I liked most about the interview process was the clarity at every step. Expectations were clearly communicated, the process moved quickly, and the case study felt relevant and meaningful, giving a realistic view of the role and how I would contribute.
The technical interview was flexible enough to spot ability outside of the regimented test content.
The HR team is very humaine, they value atypical experiences and welcome different backgrounds which is reflected in the interview questions
