Friendly individuals who treat every one equal and unafraid/willing to share their knowledge.
The leadership team cares a lot about the employees and spends a lot of efforts in helping them grow.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being Human and be more open and honest about everything within the organization. Quit putting women in the organization on a pedestal, acting like they are God's greatest gift. CH/Cyberpolicy you are part of the feminist problem that America has today. Shame on you! And you like to Fire Veterans.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full insurance coverage and commuter benefits
