What do you like best about the leadership team?
CoWorx leadership breaks the mold when it comes to tenure in the staffing industry. The leadership team is invested and top in class!
The ability to send me out on assignments pretty quickly

Listening to the employees that’s in the thick of it rather than doing what they think is righ
A better attitude, they are very unhelpful and they do not have any organization skills
They need to realize employees' potential and pay accordingly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits and pay.. Everything about this company is 100% worth it
I've been able to grow my career and compensation during my career. CoWorx has provided me training, guidance and opportunity to be successful.

Not listened to or compensated accordingly
Get the money owed to me from coworks
Treat workers fairly and pay them better

There is a language barrier between my co-workers and myself
