There have been ups and downs throughout the years, but this company really values its employees and their career goals. Making a lateral move to another job/department is not uncommon. I do wish they would be better about hiring people when we really need it, although that has improved recently.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I am being heard. Solving hard problems. Working with great people. Working on something I find interesting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hire great people. There are always a few folks who are hard to work with no matter what company you're at. I have always had a great time getting on with each of my teams.
