Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Now that I realize it, I am paid for they wanted me to do and not what I wanted to do

Fair compensation to match the market and performance based. I have seen first hand where employees have been promoted based on the relationships they had and color of their skin not because they actually added any value.

The rules of being a salesperson or out of the ridiculous for this company

Because I can be easily replaced by temps.

I came in way below where I should have and have been catching up ever since. I am making 30% less than my peers and 50% less than my skills and talent including acquiring new and valuable skills, talent, certifications and degrees while on the job.

They are knowledgable professionable and when they speak I understand everything they are introducing

We hire great people. There are always a few folks who are hard to work with no matter what company you're at. I have always had a great time getting on with each of my teams.

We make sure to have a collaborative, open, accepting environment.

Talk and chatter always gets off topic. Play later. It's ok to make the overall meeting engaging, but to get off track and way from topic for the entire meeting is a waste of people's time

Greed and Corruption has taken over the minds of my constituents

They to have mutual respect for one another.

Director Leader is just absent and manages up, Direct leader is nice, but hoards work mostly out of fear that only they know the work instead of giving people the tools and know how

And the fact that it's all about money money money and not doing the best job that you can

The lack of respect amongst the drivers leads to mistakes which causes both property damage and job loss.
