Working with my manager and team to support various teams and save the company money.

Fair compensation for young professionals who convert internally, more transparency on business decisions & HR decisions made around the people/employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My direct manager and team was about 50/50. Loved my direct team, great collaboration and reporting the other team members seemed to not show same level or efforts and reporting necessary to build best practices for Cox.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Fair compensation to match the market and performance based. I have seen first hand where employees have been promoted based on the relationships they had and color of their skin not because they actually added any value.
