Strategic leader and no more siloed leadership. I never know what is going on

Restructuring to a organization that can carry the message from top to bottom and back

Everyone is so nice. It's a bit different than my last employer.There were always some thorns in the path.

Now that I realize it, I am paid for they wanted me to do and not what I wanted to do

They think to remember other pillars of the team when they are engaged in conversations that might impact the work of others on the team

Director Leader is just absent and manages up, Direct leader is nice, but hoards work mostly out of fear that only they know the work instead of giving people the tools and know how
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Talk and chatter always gets off topic. Play later. It's ok to make the overall meeting engaging, but to get off track and way from topic for the entire meeting is a waste of people's time
