The C suite is off the rails here. We are trapped. Unfortunately there's not much that can be done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market value of tech employees is way higher than what this company offers, yet they lie to their employees to Mae them think that they are at market value.
