Transparency and regard for culture. Leadership's decisions are based off of culture fit and always have the long term in mind but formulate the road map around our Ideals (staying humble and hungry).

The willingness to lend a hand instead of pointing a finger.
Each person brings a separate subject matter to the table, ranging from ultra technical to personality driven selling ability. Across the board, the technical aptitude of the team is far above where one would expect it to be.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way the people treat each other, Cradlepoint's culture is definitely it's best feature.
There is always a relaxing vibe about working at Cradlepoint - in office, dress attire is casual at almost every turn. The values that are driven really lead to staying humble and hungry, which is what the culture is at Cradlepoint.

Engaged, inspiring and open communication
Being able to interview with different people. I had three people interview me, ranging from who was going to be my direct boss to the C level of the company. They made it feel like everyone really cares about who comes into Cradlepoint.

Getting to work on cutting edge projects
There are always new challenges. If I had to do the same thing with each customer, I don't think I would have stayed as long as I have. Each experience is not only different, but you're actually helping someone achieve something they've never done prior (most of the time).
