Being more transparent, being open to constructive criticism and other ideas outside their own, being willing to learn from others with more experience, or seek additional help.

Insurance was paid for which kept me with the company. Now it is not

People are promoted due to nepotism
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Never saw the office environment as we work from home. The company has mission & value statements that it appears they don't always live by. I don't see the same advancement for black people as I do for others, and whenever the question of diversity comes up, they will throw a white woman at it

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We were moved under a new manager who had an immediate negative effect on the team, with no improvement forthcoming. She means well, but could use some courses on managing adults and self-evaluation. She doesn't lead by example as much as she may think she does.
