Transparency , feedback, open door policy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Executive management need to actually train their directors on how to manage effectively and not just talk about numbers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are good, which is needed for mental health issues that come from the job
Medical and profit sharing/Christmas bonus
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel they no longer have consideration for the employee. The only reason the employee rating is so high is because this was given prior to the changes being implemented. The last quarterly test, scores we low 80s and its not getting any better. I would suggest not working here

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We hardly meet in person and zoom calls are always recorded. There is no authenticity and a culture of fear.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communication and everyone tries to help one another
