The Company is completely out of touch with the field. No doubt the 3 positive reviews came from corporate employees (probably the HR dept). The reality is the directors in the field do NOT know how to manage people and the stress is unbearable.

Executive management need to actually train their directors on how to manage effectively and not just talk about numbers.

We hardly meet in person and zoom calls are always recorded. There is no authenticity and a culture of fear.
