I have been with the company for 5 years and it is not the same company as I started. They are outsourcing job, AI and laying off hundred(S) of employees with more layoffs coming
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is amazing and is a reason I stayed so long
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel they no longer have consideration for the employee. The only reason the employee rating is so high is because this was given prior to the changes being implemented. The last quarterly test, scores we low 80s and its not getting any better. I would suggest not working here
