What is the best part about your compensation package?
The companies contribution to our health plan cost and 401k.

The fact that the company pays the majority of benefits is amazing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I'm doing more than I originally was hired for and would appreciate being compensated to encompass that.
Maybe some type of commission based on the companies that are being brought into the pipeline because of my direct efforts.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has no egos and is excited to collaborate and solve problems together.
They are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful
Teamwork is not just a word. This team works together, no questions asked.
Everyone is committed to the company mission and works well together to move us toward that goal. Also, just a lot of nice, kind people.

Team building events and hackathons.

I have challenging and interesting work. I also enjoy the team that I work with and can easily collaborate with them.
Being productive with interesting challenges
The people. This group of people works together, helps one another, and is truly one of the best (and smartest) groups I have ever worked with.
We're really helping people to improve their credit so they can qualify for mortgages and get better rates.
