The teamwork really, everyone contributes, each individual has skills and talent to contribute but so many things are a team effort.
Everyone seems to be "best in class" for what they do so it is always interesting to interact and learn. Also team members really buy-in to the importance of nurturing, promoting, and protecting the CX culture which is infectious!
