CreditXpert Compensation Employee Reviews | Comparably
CreditXpert Claimed Company
In 2000, we started a revolution by making mortgage credit scoring more transparent for consumers and more actionable for lenders. Our tools have helped millions of people take control of their credit, gain access to better loans, and save money. More recently, we enabled the mortgage origination industry to replace guesswork with technology when trying to improve credit scores. As a result, more consumers now qualify for a mortgage at a good rate, and thousands of loan officers, mortgage lenders and other businesses can better serve their customers and close more loans. read more

Bonus that rewards my individual efforts and allows me to share in the success of the team and the company as a whole

Health benefits, especially including the dental and vision.

Company match and company paid benefits like insurance.

Paid healthcare, matching 401k, flexible time off.

Above-market compensation. Good work/life balance.

Review from Product Dept

Open PTO and fair comp

Review from Product Dept

Free company wide lunch for days we go into the office. It provides a nice time to get together as a company and share a meal.

The package as a whole is one of the best I've ever seen.

What I like about it best is it considers everything; insurance, variable comp, benefits, etc.

The premiums for benefits are "off the charts!" Also some of the periphery things that might not necessarily be considered a part of the comp package but I would include are the company outings, lunches, HQ amenities, etc . . . it's the little things that go a long way!

Fully paid health, dental and vision benefits and the bonus structure.

I love the free lunch whenever I come into the office.

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel I'm doing more than I originally was hired for and would appreciate being compensated to encompass that.

Maybe some type of commission based on the companies that are being brought into the pipeline because of my direct efforts.
