My overall experience has been positive. I feel our company is a well funded start-up environment, so people wear many hats. It can be confusing at times but that is the start-up mentality we have here. If you recognize a problem, you are probably the person who will fix it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the active participation in both business and cultural goals of the organization. I feel the team is acting with purpose as opposed to 'dialing it in'.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the supportive approach everyone takes with me when I come to the team looking for help. I like that my team truly likes to collaborate and they seem to be actual people who enjoy people.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being able to prove my worth and contribute to the team. I look forward to the day when I become a trusted partner and subject matter expert where I can truly shine and add value.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy a flexible schedule and PTO policy. It allows for true work/life balance which is on my terms. I'm able to be held accountable for my deliverables but also make the decisions needed to support me and my family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how people act with intention and purpose as opposed to moving through the motions. Folks are bought into the purpose and mission of the company, which is VERY refreshing. I feel like we are all working toward the same goals.
