I really feel like part of a team at this company. Successes are celebrated, challenges are given support, and the mission of the company is pursued every day. The people are the best part of this company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work is really interesting and the people are great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so respectful of work life balance and everyone embraces having a life outside of work whether that means families, hobbies, travel, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all are people first before employees. We all truly care about the mission of this company and support each other as we pursue it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lot of transparency around the company's status, goals, and expectations across the company. The company's mission is front and center in all that we do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The culture here is really wonderful, the flexible hybrid work environment is really nice, 100% paid health coverage for employees and family is fantastic, and the 20% bonus opportunity is incredibly motivating.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone on the leadership team, and across the company as a whole, puts the mission front and center. It is so inspiring to be part of a company that has such an honorable mission.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is nicely well-rounded in my opinion. There's a good balance between fair base pay and incentive/performance bonus opportunity. There's also a lot of transparency around what determines performance bonus pay out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I honestly really enjoy having the flexibility to come into the office. I've really enjoyed getting to know colleagues from other areas of the business either at the office, over the team lunches, or at the corporate events.
What makes you most happy at work?
My job is perfectly aligned with my interests and values. My voice and opinion are valued and I am a part of decision making that is pertinent to my role. I have the freedom to work independently, with support and guidance when necessary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a wonderful work life balance here. My needs and interests outside of work are given the space and energy they require, and we still have a fast paced and engaging work environment. It's so refreshing to end the day proud of what I've accomplished instead of burnt out and stressed.
