Very positive - I have been here nearly 5 years but it feels like I've been part of it forever. I am comfortable here, while also being challenged. I enjoy the company of my co-workers and the meaning behind the work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Genuine desire to help each other out. All are real people, and everyone looks out for one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Authenticity - they all want Crestron and its people to succeed and are accessible, down-to-earth, and reasonable people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comp seems fair w/ the market and was adjusted in 2022 to be competitive. Compensation makes me feel appreciated here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of innovation - across the board, we are a company of problem solvers who care about people and progress.
What makes you most happy at work?
I impact the business and I see how my contributions matter. Also, I can impact the lives of the people I hire / customers I serve.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel there is transparency in the compensation and benefits, and that the organization is always looking at ways to improve it as well. I feel it is fair and equitable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Members of my team are always looking out for one another. There is a genuine kinship within the team and even in moments of conflict, there is always respect and communication.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of innovation fosters my creativity. I like looking for new solutions and ideas, and the company culture looks upon that favorably as opposed to viewing new ideas as "rocking the boat."
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling like I'm contributing to a team that appreciates it at a company that views my work as something that truly matters. New challenges all the time. Opportunities to speak up with new ideas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Crestron leadership team is made up of genuinely good people. Yes, they run a business, but they all understand that a business is made up of people and they seek to run a business that is kind and ethical, the kind of place we can be proud to work for.
