Has been a great experience but now getting too corporate for me so I stay away from those new corporate people and stick with the technically knowledge old-timers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with the old-time great people. No so much with the new corporate people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is good for me working on products I am interested in. Bennies are good and fair.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The many great people who have been around for 10+ years who know the products, technology, and how working at CRESTRON was back in the Mr F days.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The present team is great. There has been issues with people from the outside coming in and not knowing the CRESTRON way within the last 7 years and are too corporate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the leadership but wish they were more like Mr F was and walk around to see what was going on to see how things are going for time to time.
