Folks are reachable and there is a collegial atmosphere that exists with the people I work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to maintain some creative freedom as long as it is aligned with the companies mission and vision! It is not a hard-set bureaucracy where changes are impossible to be introduced. I like that a lot.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that they are accessible but I am not too clear on the directives and timelines. Havign said that, I believe that they are doing the absolute best job they can to drive innovation forward and keep the company afloat.
