Nothing to do with the company. It's a personal thing, drive a distance to get to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
just speaking for my department, they do an excellent job. assist with any issues, not bias but fair in listening to both sides of a problem. they do not micromanage as previous managers have, show concern about employee's well being both as an employee and person.
