What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a real feeling of personal respect. We all understand that life has ups and downs for everyone at different times. I feel supported by my manager and teams throughout everything.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel that overall there is a lack of passion and creativity. It feels like there is a lot of "pass the baton" behavior and doing things a certain way just to "check the box". Many solutions are cookie cutter. It feels like our work culture fears new ideas.
