I worry I could lose my job. I enjoy my team but don't get reinforcement I am doing a good job although I know I do well. I asked a manager to be my mentor but feel there should be hands on training. More vacation - 4 wks, 3day home/2 day in office. I love my job but feel insecure.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
3 days home; 2 days at work. More management motivation. More training on-hands training and positivity instead of learn as you go. Feel as everyone on the team is lead performer not just a few.
