I love my teammates, they work very well together and support each other in every way possible.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like them as people and this improves my ability to be honest with them, and they listen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being underpaid is being under valued as a professional. Being asked to take on additional responsibility without increased compensation or support is not a good feeling. However, I do feel appreciated and that is a priority for me.
