Crestron is a company that will challenge you to do your best, I have felt stressed many times but at the same time I have received the support I needed to accomplish my duties. I have grown a lot and can still see more room for improvement and to get to higher levels.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The holidays and PTO. Crestron has added time off for some of my most important holidays.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We keep communication a top priority. Any little change or updates to a process get notified to all the involved parties.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very supportive, they always follow up with me whenever there is something going on in my personal life to make sure that I'm doing fine and they always offer all the help they can provide to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have co workers that I can consider friends that have been at Crestron for 10+ years and some 20+ years, you can keep connections for a long time and feel confident that they are not going anywhere since they love being part of this big family.
What makes you most happy at work?
My responsibilities at Crestron are many, I'm happy that my days don't feel like a routine, I get to enjoy different things and some of the solutions needed will take longer than others, some times I get new scenarios where I need to step up my level and come up with a new strategy for a solution.
