Being a GM in another company for a long time thats in a totally different style of customer service, i feel we should at least have a better chance

We don't get any benefits from working with cricket. I just get my minimum wage and commission and that's it.

I am salary witch i knew before taking me promotion but for how bad all 7 of the stores i took over were in and just several factors add up to the fact I believe my time dedication and hard work is worth more then what i am getting now!

Because I was tested positive for COVID-19 and I was told that we do not receive paid time off that I would not be compensated for the time I am out of work but when I look into the company handbook it does show that every employee is entitled to at least eight days of paid time off

Problem is, I got promoted but the company lowered my salary. I know sales works that way most of the time, but it shouldn't be that way because your responsibilities, tasks and skills increase.

Compensation was cut all the time or goals made so high they could not be achieved. Lied to me about milage reimbursement and when I went to my boss that the policy is this and she said. The policy is what I make it. Not what you read. I filed complaint and I got reprimanded.

Having more items in stock ..Because I have to send customers to other stores constantly because we are always low on everything and there goes my commission..

if full time was offered so I could start earning benefits also barely making above minimum and getting paid bi weekly making about 500 to 600 every 2 weeks

The seniority should have more opportunities

Half of our income being based on commission can be difficult in low traffic communities/cities.

It takes for ever to get your commission

Atp nothing can make me feel better

For 1 I only make 9$ a hour and get threatened all the time about everything I hate it

Goals are so high every month and no promotions or marketing to go with. Very poor marketing team.
