Communication is awesome they take pride and want to see everyone strive Succeed with the company at any time they will stop to help you understand anything that needed
He's all business at work
I cant say anything. My manager owns three stores and is in charge of all three. It's jusf her managing everything and doing drops.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Offering better things for people who are already customers
Unhelpful and not really know stuff
Not being as money hungry and actually being team oriented and actually understanding who their managers are as well as getting to know their teams their pros their cons their strengths and weaknesses as well as sticking up for the managers when the managers and the people who work in the field.

we have great talent on my team
My coworker is very nice and friendly hard worker good at sales she always shows me new ways
Paul was cool 8), district manager was paid enough to facilitate a hostile environment, don't blame him though

Rebuild all staff from managers up
More genuine or caring employees who cover the managing shifts would definitely help.

Better management with less problems
Hey people more and don't make it a temporary pay increase that essentially gets taken away Don't have so many mandatory meetings that aren't necessarily conclusive to actually making more progress don't unnecessarily punish people who don't need to be punished and actually listen to your field work
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was easy and straight foward
They made sure I was comfortable with operating everything I would interact with
I got hired quick only trained for a couple days
Quick easy and to the point
Ex boss was cool, did not care for the company's mostly unresponsive website

Ask a bit more questions.
Come out with better interview questions instead of stock interview questions that haven't been changed in the past 6 years
Actually taking peoples availability into account amd soong what they said they would
Fire people who know the process.

Seing the smile on people face knowing we are here to help
Interacting with my customers. They make it worth it
Customers meeting new people helping customers out
Helping customers to figure out what the problem is and how were going to fix it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager not only took advantage of her position by making me do her job plus mine and always making me work the weekends but she is a theif of store inventory and time. She clocks in at the store and leaves.

Cheap phones and 15gb hotspots are sold as mobile hotspots just to make more commission. I honestly have no words on what to say. The owner needs to treat her employees with more respect.
I just want tontalk to someone on how inwas treated
I believe employers being more patient with their employees.
The same issue where I got promoted but my earnings decrease.
