Seing the smile on people face knowing we are here to help

Interacting with my customers. They make it worth it

that i get to help customers with the cellphone issues and help them to afford a device and accessories that make them happy on a daily basis

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

My manager not only took advantage of her position by making me do her job plus mine and always making me work the weekends but she is a theif of store inventory and time. She clocks in at the store and leaves.

Cheap phones and 15gb hotspots are sold as mobile hotspots just to make more commission. I honestly have no words on what to say. The owner needs to treat her employees with more respect.

Get proper leaders in place. People who can coach and develope a 54am and the te wants to work for. Not a tyrant who calls you every name in the book and threatens you with your job every week.

Have managers that deserve to be in the position and treat others fairly. Managers especially including area managers such like Braylan Sayre who don't take concerns seriously and don't return phone calls needs to be improved
