Hey people more and don't make it a temporary pay increase that essentially gets taken away Don't have so many mandatory meetings that aren't necessarily conclusive to actually making more progress don't unnecessarily punish people who don't need to be punished and actually listen to your field work

Cheap phones and 15gb hotspots are sold as mobile hotspots just to make more commission. I honestly have no words on what to say. The owner needs to treat her employees with more respect.
