They are honest, down to earth, and care about the success and happiness of every single employee. I have never felt more valued.

The don't have enough experience as managers

We get work done but are able to have a fun time doing it

Everyone was super friendly and low-pressure

Its a mix of not only finding the best people technically speaking, but making sure someone fits into the culture to keep the positive environment going.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually ask question based on yhe role you are going for. Stop talking abd bragging about the benefits of the company when some still doesn't know if they got the job.

That I know i'm helping people, working for a company that genuinely cares.
