My team is highly affective in getting the job done. We communicate well with each other and understand how to cover one another whenever we need

The culture. We have a very laidback atmosphere here, so coming into work doesn't feel like you're going out of chore. It makes working more enjoyable
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great leadership. They're very transparent about the company and where it's going. Even if all hands meetings make it less comfortable to talk to the leadership team, they're more than happy to meet with any employee one on one for a more private discussion
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to talk to the leadership here as well as the manager I would be working under. It gave me a good idea of how the people I would be working with would be as well as how the leaders of the company are
