The leadership team is extremely transparent and open to feedback and suggestions. More so than that they are willing to take the time to listen and guide you to the next steps for any issue.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that everyone takes responsibility for the work produced. If something is quite working right or if I'm having difficulty getting to a solution, the team will on jump on and give a helping hand.
