Crystal Equation Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Quarterly bonuses. Strive for greatest and less errors

Review from Operations Dept

The best part is actually the flexibility. I am able to take care of business, while also ensuring that I can do the other things that are needed. Work life balance is hard to find sometimes, so its nice to have this flexibility.

Review from HR Dept

Includes 401k individual contribution too

Review from Engineering Dept

Gives great contribution to my development

Review from Operations Dept

The medical benefits, including dental and vision.

Review from Engineering Dept

Base compensation seems in line with industry standards. Provide health insurance but is expensive. PTO and paid vacations are very good

Review from IT Dept

Good medical care, live insurance, training budget. It's a pity there is no longer a swag store

Review from Engineering Dept

The company contributes more than the market average to our pension benefits.

Review from Engineering Dept

The salary is great and the app/website works well

Review from Engineering Dept

The availability to increase based on the weekend shifts and the health care package for partner and money for equipment for home office use.

Review from IT Dept

the bonus structure and PTO

Review from Sales Dept

Benefits were really good !

Review from Engineering Dept

Not too money driven as I know it'll pay me out in the future, I do love the pay that I am given and am striving to earn more.

Review from Engineering Dept

The compensation package is phenomenal, with full health, dental, 401k, PTO, access to additional services, and so much more.

The salary and bonus structure.

Review from Sales Dept

The base pay and unlimited bonuses

Review from Sales Dept

My current salary is acceptable

Review from Admin Dept

Bonus Package, Wifi Package, 401K

Fully remote work, flexiblity with schedule as needed. Strong medical, vision, and dental insurance and generous PTO policy.

Review from Sales Dept

Fairly compensated, good insurance, retirement options.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i feel that my salary is below the market average for my role, level of experience, and city that I live in. I also think that especially at a company with a female CEO, the parental leave should be more generous. The accrued vacation policy is also too restrictive in my opinion.

Detached from upper management, hard to communicate with.

Review from Engineering Dept

-Having more competitions with incentives. -Commission percentages raised with each level -More room for growth -More trainings and meetings to help brainstorm different ways to become a better recruiter

Goal post is always moving. performance is expected to be at 110%. blame is put on the recruiter for things outside of their control, lack of account manager accountability. a higher base would be fair

Review from Sales Dept

Inflation has increased and i feel like the overall salary is low especially when you consider how expensive our benefits are.

Review from Sales Dept

inflation is super high and we haven't received anything that would compensate that. Benefits are super expensive.

Review from Sales Dept

Higher base salary and higher commission threshold. Other companies are offering higher structures.

Review from Sales Dept

Definitely more mental health resources + fitness membership reimbursement Higher base pay, other agencies and roles in the area are about a 20-30k+ increase

Review from Sales Dept

understanding market pay and competitive compensations at other companies; getting paid more

Review from Sales Dept

Other companies are currently paying more. Also we have more responsibilities than these other companies. Our managers get paid very well and then on top get a percentage off the placements we make.

Review from Sales Dept

For the hours and amount of work as a recruiter I feel thta a higher compensation getting closer to that $30/hr mark would be fairer. Along with living in San Francisco, it is an expensive city to live in.

Review from Sales Dept

I have heard and seen that other agencies pay much high. I think a breakdown of compensation and market rates would be nice to help us understand.
