What makes you most happy at work?
Working with good people at events and experiences makes each day interesting to go to work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management simply doesn't care. I'm underpaid, I have to work with team members who are unqualified, and they create substandard products. I haven't spoken to my "manager" for three months.

Problems begin at the top.The company could compete with Deloitte and PwC but that requires focus. Stop disappointing the talented employees

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Pay. I'm making 25% below the going rate, and haven't had a penny's raise in 3 years. I won't be there for a fourth. If they're trying to drive away talented employees, they're succeeding.
