Great healthcare company in blue cross blue shield
Took a 25% cut to become permanent and have "stability" - and not a penny's raise in 3 years. Had I known that the company didn't give raises, I would never have joined.

Underpaid. Pay not commiserate with required skills and industry standards. Freeze put on wage increase for over 2 years.
Each year, benefit changes may be made, however, it always is to company and not employee benefit.

Working with good people at events and experiences makes each day interesting to go to work.
Management simply doesn't care. I'm underpaid, I have to work with team members who are unqualified, and they create substandard products. I haven't spoken to my "manager" for three months.
