Paying a living wage comparably to 2023's inflation rate would be great. Too many employees are paid below the national average for their job titles while everyone on C-Level sit cushy in their 6 figure salaries.

I do not feel that we are offered fair work life balance and are not paid market value for our skillset/experience. Certain aspects of compensation are left in the dark and not disclosed to us at all and there is a lack of transparency.

With the rise in costs, it makes it hard to live on a non-2023 salary. We did receive company-wide raises recently, but the cost of living is so drastic these days that the raise doesn't make a dent.
Align nationally with pay rates.
More work would be added to your plate "temporarily" while they find someone else to take over and they never end up finding someone else, so you are stuck with a ton of responsibilies and the compensation stays the same. The pay rate entry level positons get paid here is not enough for living.
I feel that I have proved that I will take on any project or position thrown at me. Even though I have proven this, I still feel as if I am not being pushed or used to my full potential. This reflects in my compensation.
