There are some issues with work life balance, flexibility and "rules" being applied differently to each team creating a negative atmosphere around when others are getting to do things that your team is not. There seems to be a lack of trust leading to micromanaging.

My team can be negative and it can easily influence me to be negative as well.
Sometimes its hard for me to be in an office, I much rather work at home somedays. However most of the days I would like to be in the office.

More staff needed for the load, accountability and ownership for one's own mistakes, for people to stop quitting so we can establish processes. Hire more people, be allowed to push back on requests from the front office and clients to reduce manual processes and free up time to focus elsewhere
