Be less dictatorial and more team focussed.

Pension plan employees stock and health savings account
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 25+ years of working for Cummins and taking on extra responsibilities and continuing education and still being passed up on drop opportunities by new hires that have less than a year and have not proven themselves
I am not valued for my skills and experience and am not listened to.

Reasonable experience and product knowledge

Be more team focussed and less process oriented.

New Management team in the OCU and A different HR manager..
Dictatorial leadership who pass down responsibility leads to a bunker mentality.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Thoroughness of the processes.. constant communication and progress updates
Very little. The company process is very bureaucratic.
