Curbio Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Curbio pays 100% of employee healthcare, contributes to 401k and tons of time off and holidays

Above average pay and great benefits I can actually use.

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus's are fair and attainable. Excellent pay in my opinion

Review from Sales Dept

Insurance is covered and we get most major holidays off. Unlimited PTO is a huge perk as well.

Unlimited PTO and fair wage

401k match and stock options

Review from Marketing Dept

We all participate in equity which ties us to the company's growth and success. This is a rare and special benefit for all employees

Review from Marketing Dept

The matching 401K, FSA and the company stock.

Review from Operations Dept

We are provided with fantastic health care options.

Review from Sales Dept

I don't know where to start. The salary puts my mind at rest not always worrying "what's next," all while striving for the perks of our bonus system! Health insurance is a big need for me and my family and the plan suits us well. Then, the 401k, your matching percentage is huge and so VERY amazing!

Review from Sales Dept

Healthcare and vacation time. That's it.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The Bonus structure is great, however we are mostly set up for failure to achieve 100%

Review from Operations Dept

Coming from a long career in big corporations-the fact that I am not micro-managed is something that I am still trying to get use too.

Flexible hours and bonus structure

Review from Sales Dept

Unlimited Paid time off and a lot of freedom

Review from Operations Dept

Health Benefits are the best

Review from Sales Dept

The health care benefits are generous.

Review from Sales Dept

The healthcare is excellent and the paid time off is also very good

Review from Sales Dept

Healthcare is by far the best part of the compensations package.

Review from Operations Dept

Great benefits and potential earnings

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is not matching up to the work environment, workload that is given. Working "overtime" is constant.

Review from Operations Dept

A raise would be nice, have heard enough nice words!

Review from Sales Dept

Due to the organization and shortcomings in processes across teams, many of us are hired for one thing and required to cover several other positions to ensure that projects are completed and customers are satisfied.

Review from Operations Dept

Since starting just about 3.5 years ago, I have yet to receive any raise (cost of living or any type) despite me having taken on new roles. That being said, I still love my job and Curbio! Hoping for a brighter new year to come.

Review from Operations Dept

The is virtually no opportunity for career advancement. I understand that the size of the company may prevent this, but this comes down to talent retention. Create a scale that is reflective of experience, skill and recognition. We also need an annual cost of living adjustment.

Review from Sales Dept

Better compensation and bonus structure

Review from Operations Dept

Bonus structure that is more based on our ability and is less linked to new initiatives of the company which challenge it outside of our control

Review from Product Dept

I do not feel undervalued, necessarily. There was a sudden change in our team and a lot of responsibilities that are not part of my original job definition are now on me. My title and compensation has not changed yet though to reflect this.

Review from Marketing Dept

Bonus's are a mess. Just get rid of them and increase salary.

Review from Operations Dept

I definitely feel valued, but it would be nice to take into account base salaries depending upon where you live in the country. Cost of living in some markets is significantly more than other markets, so it would be nice to have that taken into account now that Curbio is hiring employees nationwide.

Review from Sales Dept

Compensation is no longer industry standard, lack of cost of living adjustments have put financial strain on many

Review from Marketing Dept

I do not think that our role gets the recognition, acknowledgement or respect from other parts of the organization

Review from Operations Dept

I believe others with my skillset, doing similar work are making more

Review from Marketing Dept

I've taken on a large amount of extra initiatives that are not outlined as a part of my current role. I plan to revisit my compensation at the end of the year and discuss these additional responsibilities with my manager.

Review from Engineering Dept

I would feel significant more valued if I actually got credit for all of my work and felt as though my boss trusted me to do my job without constant micromanagement. Also, since my pay didn’t ri

Review from Marketing Dept

I haven't even had a cost of living raise in 18 months. It is very unfair and disappointing that this company does not have standardized reviews and cost of living adjustments. My mom works in retail and gets one every 6 months. I am going into debt and trying to find another job.

Review from Marketing Dept

Compensation started off as fairly good, but has not increased in line with industry standards

People with less or very little experience at the same pay as me.

Review from Operations Dept

A raise that match inflation at least, clear growth opportunity, training program

Review from Operations Dept

A better bonus structure for those of us that put in more effort and have better results. Not just twice a year but perhaps monthly or quarterly to keep tbe momentum going.
