Hire and develop better managers.
Not over working employees that we have no life. Have temporary personnal fill in when employees are off.
Minimum wage, with 5% bonus for reaching goal. Goal blocked by co workers, reported to leadership. No change. Clique atmosphere, bullying and yelling by low level co workers, leaders unable to adequately control bullying.
Coworkers need to stray from participating in mob mentality.
No sense of ownership. Lots of micro-management from people who have little understanding of what they are trying to manage. Because of this, there is no sense of ownership. When something goes wrong, there is a race to blame anyone else instead of fixing the problem.
Fair amounts of workflow, less competition, and immediate remedy and mediation to conflict over work flow
Not have a clique atmosphere.
Stop treating employees like they are the enemy and focus on fixing problems that matter instead of creating new ones by trying to control your employees
Stop micromanaging engineers. Provide direct feedback instead of passive-aggressive manipulation.
