Through my experience, I have never encountered a tremendous yet competent company. They have given numerous opportunities not only for wealth generation but also for character development regardless of your cultural background, sex, and age, as long as you are legal age.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It increases, and it depends on your client's given tasks.
I like the idea of receiving bonuses and salary increases.
The salary itself says it all. You don't need any bonus, benefits at all since the pay is really high but still they gave bonuses and benefits to us which is really great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We perform well. Maybe pay us more than 50% of what the clients pay and get a good HMO.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Cyberbacker helped me to achieve my goals as well as set NEW and BIG goals! Before, I just wanted to earn more but because our CEO who always educate us on how to be wise and properly handle our finances, motivate us to save first before spending and setting our mind to pursue growth.

Cyberbacker always got our back. They listen to our concerns or if there are any issues with our clients
We have this weekly meeting which is I think great because we have the chance to communicate not just about work, but also personally. It gives us that freedom to share our emotions and experiences.
