Cyberbacker always got our back. They listen to our concerns or if there are any issues with our clients
We have this weekly meeting which is I think great because we have the chance to communicate not just about work, but also personally. It gives us that freedom to share our emotions and experiences.

about the culture, it's one of the best I experienced with. Everyone is having fun while working. the mental health is one of the things they are attending to. Even though we're meeting virtually, the fun in the workplace is still there.
