Cyberbacker is one big family. The community is amazing and it never feels like work! I'm so happy to be here and there's no stress. Everyday I learn something new that I can share with someone or with my client. With Cyberbacker, work from home never felt so good!

Leadership is great! Everybody is doing their roles and Cyberbacker is still growing rapidly!

The Cyberbacker Personality Assessment test. It assess our personality so we can be paired with the right client.
What makes you most happy at work?
Work at home set-up. I don't need to commute to work and I got a lot of time for myself.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's an amazing culture and the environment is positive. Everyone is active and there's always something to learn. There's always a lecture or class that we can attend to gain knowledge.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing is we have a great team leader and everyone on our team is amazing. When someone needs help, they get help right away. Even though we don't see each other, it feels like family to me.
