What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm actually a leader. What I like best about the leader ship is that everybody wants to see you succeed, so no matter how much the next person makes money wise they will take time out of their day to talk to you and help you the best way they can.
They are always dependable and reliable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Critical thinking skills and emotional intelligence.
Just clean house of its existing leaders and start over.
Just motivational speeches to get you to work overtime
Everything this place is a joke. Don't work here.
The COO is a sociopathic dictator driven to ruin the company. He will promote you if you are a weak female that doesn?
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401K, multiple options for coverage, great HR support
The best part about my benefits package is being able to pick my own coverages.
They provide a competitive salary (probably because nobody wants to work here)
Being able to have the poorotunity to earn unlimited money
Comprehensive benefits package (dental, medical, life insurance, vision) plus paid 8 hrs for volunteering.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The whole company is a pyramid scheme

What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is how close everybody is, we are best friends inside and outside of work.
The drive and passion they have to better themselves
Everyone in my team is willing to help one another and they go the extra mile to get things done. I really enjoy the people I get to work with every day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very diverse office and we all relate to each other so much.
Being aboe to have team night and network at different company events
Open environment, nice company office with a gym, cereal bar and free snacks, culture of giving back to our community.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Transparency is lacking to an extreme degree
Replace with a new executive team
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting people from across the company
Being able to getting to get to know someone and find out if they allign with the company
I was able to talk to different people in the company that allowed me to get a better idea of the company culture and values.
