What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Strategy, leadership, communication, and overall management style. Leadership operates in silos as does the entire organization. Hiring plans and technology onboarding are done with no thought for future.

Email culture is messy. Better alignment for global team is needed. Communication and buy-in to the strategy of the business is lacking.

Everything. Company culture is nonexistent
