What does the leadership team need to get better at?The Hologic executive team has no idea how to run a for-cash franchise. Their answer to everything is cut jobs jobs jobs, realign the sales team, rah rah rah Cyno 2.0 - I'm lucky so far. If maybe they learned how the aesthetics market actually worked, they'd make the numbers needed to keep people on
