That they were upfront with the difficulties on the job. There was clear expectations and no grey area of what needs to change and what needs to happen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most everyone has a family back home so we are all happy to be here but happy to be home with family. Its a good work like balance energy here.
