Everyone is extremely motivated, positive and collaborative, even though everyone has extremely different functions.

We celebrate the small things and the big things -- birthdays, anniversaries, winning awards, getting big partnerships, etc.

We have a vacation policy that allows us all to work from anywhere without the stigma of not being in the office for facetime.

Something new and exciting is always going on, so we celebrate the wins together. Everyone is made to feel really special at what they do and how they contribute to the whole success of the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put a lot of thoughtfulness into everything they do -- from offsite retreats to attending growth and development conferences, etc. They are also very understanding that we are all people who have needs outside of work. The liberal work-from-anywhere policy demonstrates trust and autonomy.
