What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

They let me work remotely, but I still feel very connected to the team.

Everyone is cool. It's professional but not stuffy and no one speaks in dumb business or marketing jargon. (Corporate jargon is one of my biggest pet peeves.)

Everyone truly cares about each other and have a true support network

Everyone supports each other inside and outside of work. A small team makes for a tight knit community.

We celebrate the small things and the big things -- birthdays, anniversaries, winning awards, getting big partnerships, etc.

I always look forward to seeing my team members. We are all really different but are really close!

There is a consistent respect of our time and personal context. Everyone is just really kind which removes the usual stress found in an office so we can happily work toward our goals.
